Red copper + aluminum heat sink

  • The front and back of the module are made of CNC copper blocks,A 20 mm high black heat sink at the bottom of the housing (connected by silicone grease),A large heat sink of the same size as the shell is installed on the back of the module
  • When the CPU temperature of the module reaches 110 degrees Celsius, the protection mechanism will be triggered, and the module will restart

  • Test result: iperf test, CPU temperature 96.2 degrees Celsius, can work normally, no restart
